Application

This machine is used to press all kinds of granular raw materials into round flakes. It can also press the special-shaped pieces of various geometric shapes. It is most suitable for small batch production. It is characterized in that 19 (17) pairs of dies can be installed on the turntable, and 19 (17) pieces can be pressed by one revolution. The speed of rotary table and filling depth of material can be adjusted during tablet pressing. A mechanical buffer device is installed on the machine to avoid damage to parts caused by overload.

One side of the machine body is equipped with a powder suction box, which can absorb the dust generated during the operation of the machine through the suction nozzle, so as to avoid sticking and blocking, and the raw materials can be recycled and reused.
