Application

 

As a high efficient mixing equipment, this machine is used for high homogeneity mixing of powdery and particle materials in such trades as pharmaceutical, food, chemical, light industry, machinery, electronics, mining and metallurgy, national defense industry and scientific research etc.

 

PRINCIPLE:

 

Mixing barrel is suspended on ends of driving and driving axles through two Y type universal joints that are crossing and vertical to each other in the space. When driving axle is driven to rotate, universal joint makes the barrel perform composite motion including horizontal moving, rotation and turning etc. in the space, by which, material also performs 3-dimensional motion inside the barrel. Several kinds of material inside the barrel flow, diffuse, penetrate each other and finally form uniform status.

 

Features:

 

Material has no centrifugal force effect, specific gravity segregation, lamination and accumulation during mixing. Each component can be mixed under wide gap of weight proportion, mixing rate reaching over99.9%.

Loading coefficient can reach 80%(40% for normal ones).

With compact structure, driving part of the equipment is stepless speed controlled, featuring convenient operation.

Each part of drum is transited by are and polished precisely, meeting the GMP requirement.
