Application
This model is to press the various kinds of granular materials into tablets, with the most outstanding advantage of being able to produce irregular tablets with wide different geometrical shapes, such as double layer tablets, ring shape tablets and double side engraved tablets.
Features
1. The outer cover is closed by transparent plexiglass, which can clearly see the working condition of the tablet pressing, and can be opened completely, which is easy to clean and maintain.
2. Stainless steel material or special surface treatment is adopted for the part contacting with materials, which is non-toxic and corrosion-resistant.
3. After special treatment, the surface of turntable can be kept smooth and clean, and cross contamination can be prevented, which meets GMP requirements.
4. When pressing double-layer film, the first layer of optional film can be seen.
5. The hydraulic system is equipped with overload protection device, which can stop automatically when the pressure is overloaded.
6. Zpw21b is an improved product based on zpw21a. The lower shroud is made of stainless steel. The rotary table speed is adjusted by frequency conversion and equipped with speed display.
