Application
This machine is a multifunctional rotary tablet press, which can press large-size tablets and difficult forming materials, such as milk tablets, effervescent tablets, calcium tablets, dishwashing tablets, salt tablets, etc.
Features
- Using touch screen and PLC control, can display and control a variety of operating parameters.
- It adopts 22kw high-power motor and large torque reducer, with high working pressure and strong bearing capacity of machine structure.
- Pressure sensors are installed on the three groups of pressure wheels, which can display the actual working pressure and realize over-pressure shutdown protection.
- Automatic lubrication system is adopted to fully lubricate the pressure wheel, track and punches, so as to extend the service life and reduce the parts wear.
- Equipped with electromagnetic clutch, improve the starting torque of the machine.
- After a few changes, the machine can be turned into three outlets, single-layer pressing, so the working capacity is increased three times. (optional function)
- The machine can be equipped with force feeder device. (optional function)
- The machine can be changed into no-handwheel configuration to realize automatic adjustment of tablet thickness and weight. (optional function)

Our machine is under warranty for 12 months. Most components are free-replacement warranty,but the client needs to pay the DHL fee . Artificial and thunder strike damage is beyond the scope of the warranty. Spare parts are not in the warranty time.
